Md. Abul Kalam Azad, The new Chief Engineer of LGED.

Mr. Md. Abul Kalam Azad has been appointed Chief Engineer of the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED). He replaced Mr. Shyama Prosad Adhikari as his two year contractual tenure has ended on 12/12/2017. Engineer Md. Abul Kalam Azad was the senior most Additional Chief Engineer of LGED before he took the charge as the Chief Engineer on 12/12/2017. Mr. Azad joined this organization as Assistant Engineer in 1983 and served various important positions, including Executive Engineer, Project Director, Superintending Engineer.
