Workshop On "Enhancing Scientific Data Management & Sharing" at LGED HQ
A workshop regarding “Enhancing Scientific Data Management & Sharing” was held on 25 July, 2022 at LGED HQ. the workshop was co-organized by LGED & The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD). Mr. Sk. Md. Mohsin, Hon'ble Chief Engineer, LGED inaugurated the workshop.
The Director General of ICIMOD Mr. Pema Gyamtsho, Ph.D along with the Additional Chief Engineers, Superintending Engineers, Project Directors and other higher officials of LGED, representatives from other relevant organizations of Bangladesh and ICIMOD attended the workshop.
The overall objective of this one-day workshop was to introduce the Regional Database System and learn about existing practices and requirements for enhanced scientific data management and sharing in Bangladesh.
